To make a reservation at Anata Essential, there are two methods available: through the website or by visiting directly. But it’s better to book online first because there are limited slots.
If through the website, simply click on the book now button. It will direct you to the page where you can select and book your preferred treatment. Choose your treatment, date, and time to schedule your appointment.
Deposit payment is needed to secure your booking. This way we can confidently allocate the necessary resources and staff members to our committed customers. Deposit of Rp.100.000
Hopefully, you won’t have to cancel. However, if you wish to cancel before receiving treatment, we will process the cancellation. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment. Your deposit is non-refundable but will be applied as a deposit for future appointments. If you need to reschedule, please contact Anata Essential at least 12 hours before your appointment.
You need to come at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. It is because you need to fill-in a consultation form to better serve and personalise your treatment. If you are late for your appointment, you will only receive the remainder of what is left of your service.
Arriving late will mean that your treatment time is shortened. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest will not be delayed. Please plan your travel time wisely to get to our spa location.
If you are not satisfied, we are here to help you find a suitable solution. Please feel free to reach out to the Anata Essential where you received the treatment to discuss the available options.
You will be covered with a sheet and towel or blanket at all times and the treatment beds are heated. You are on the treatment bed and completely covered before your therapist enters your room.
You cannot bring your child into Anata Essential because we do not provide treatment for children.
Guests of Anata Essential must be 16 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
We don’t have any special treatment for pregnant women.
Anata Essential treatment products are proven safe for all facial skin types. If you have a specific problem with your skin, please ask at the time of booking.
A robe, towels, and flip flops are provided and no additional charge. Shampoo and soap are available in the change rooms. Please remember to bring your hairbrush, cosmetics and any other personal toiletries you may need.
During your treatment your body will be professionally draped at all times so it’s up to you whether you disrobe completely or leave your undergarments on for massage and body treatments.
We accept cash (Indonesian Rupiah), debit cards/credit cards and Qris. Checks are not accepted.
Yes, but it’s only a natural blow-dry. If you want it curly, you can visit Anata Salon.
